Job Summary:

  • The HR & Admin Assistant will provide daily operational and administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth execution of responsibilities and contributing to a positive employee experience. This position involves maintaining employee records, helping with recruitment and onboarding, supporting benefits administration, and responding to employee inquiries. You will assist with HR initiatives, training sessions, and employee engagement activities as needed.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRDM, BA, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years experience in HR & Admin Support roles is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic understanding of all HR functions, policies, and labor laws
  • Experience liaising with government agencies, such as SSS, HDMF, PHIC, and DOLE, is advantageous
  • Willingness to collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize duties, and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Ability to address basic HR concerns and escalate complex matters as needed
  • Handles sensitive employee information with integrity and discretion
  • Proactive and takes initiative in completing tasks without constant supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
