- Identify and assess customers’ needs through calls, chats, and emails. process customers payment transactions, assist with refunds and exchanges.
Qualifications:
- Good command of the English and Filipino language, both oral and written.
- Willing to work six (6) days/week (either Saturday or Sunday off)
